Review and Approval
Our logistics department will review your request and, upon approval, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Schedule Pickup
For large-scale containers, we will coordinate with our freight partners to schedule a professional pickup from your site at a mutually convenient time.
Inspection and Refund
Once the unit is returned to our facility and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
